We are celebrating Christmas in Virginia, but before we left I took pictures of my sister, Marilyn, with her horse Paddington, so she could us them in her Christmas cards!!
And after we gave Paddington some love, with my cousin Janet joining us for the fun!!
Then we came to our Virginia home, The Train House. Over Thanksgiving, we decorated the tree, so when we came back for Christmas, it would be decorated!!
I had the help of my grandsons, Aaden and Parker, for the first time ever decorating our trees!!
And Gina helped too, for the first time in 20 years!!! It’s so wonderful having a house close to our grandchildren, now we can enjoy moments like this!!
We brought the tree and ornaments from our Boston house, that we put in our living room of our Virginia home. I used most of the same ornaments, but I did buy some aqua ones to coordinate with the colors of this house!!

And finally, Gina had a professional photographer take family pictures the day after Thanksgiving…we both used them for our Christmas cards!!
